Omega Sats

Like the Alpha Sat, the Omega Sat refers to a particular Sat in an individual Bitcoin as opposed to a reward Block (like Rodarmor Rarity Index Sats). However, instead of being the first Sat in a Bitcoin the Omega Sat is the last. As they are the last Sat they all end with at least 8 nines. The next Sat after an Omega Sat is always an Alpha Sat signifying an ending and a new beginning.
